Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to use Kraftey to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Generate illegal or fraudulent content
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Impersonate another individual
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
• Abuse, exploit, or disrupt our systems
• Circumvent subscription limits or credit systems
• Use bots or automated methods to abuse the Services

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and other content you submit to Kraftey.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content only as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated images are created using artificial intelligence and may:

• Contain inaccuracies
• Produce unexpected results
• Generate similar outputs for different users
• Not always match your prompt exactly

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.

We make no guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are solely responsible for:

• The prompts you submit
• Images you upload
• How you use generated images

You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any content you upload.

If your uploaded images include another person, you are responsible for obtaining any required permission before using their likeness.

Kraftey, including its software, branding, logos, designs, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services.

You may not use Kraftey to create or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful
• Promotes violence or terrorism
• Exploits or harms children
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or defame others
• Is used for scams, fraud, or impersonation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We strive to keep Kraftey available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the Services
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Attempt to compromise the security of Kraftey

You may stop using Kraftey and delete your account at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available
• AI-generated content will be accurate
• Generated images will be unique
• The Services will be free from errors or interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraftey and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kraftey during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraftey, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person's rights

Your use of Kraftey is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will become effective upon publication within the app or on our website.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Kraftey operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
